Colonel (Ret.) Hezi Harpaz is a distinguished aviation leader and educator with a prominent career spanning military and civil aviation. A graduate of the U.S. Air War College (AWC), he served with distinction in the Israeli Air Force before transitioning to executive leadership roles in the civilian sector. Harpaz served as the Vice President of Operations at Israir Airlines and later shaped regulatory standards as the Head of the General Aviation Department at the Israel Civil Aviation Authority. Following his military retirement, he channeled his leadership into national impact, initiating and leading a major educational project dedicated to advancing STEM teaching across Israel.
