Doug Weinberg is a senior executive with more than 30 years’ experience building successful organizations. He founded and is the Managing Director of Adapt Nation Capital, a company that invests globally in climate tech and health tech startups. Previously, Doug was the founder and CEO of a Cobius Healthcare Solutions, which develops software for American hospitals and healthcare systems. Before Cobius, Doug practiced corporate and international law, and he served as a business consultant at McKinsey & Company. Doug is an adjunct professor at Yeshiva University’s Sy Syms School of Business. He also serves as Vice-President of the Tony Patiño Fellowship, one of the largest private, merit-based scholarships for legal education in the U.S. Doug has a BA from Princeton and a JD from the University of Chicago Law School. He studied Arab history and Middle Eastern politics as a Rotary Scholar at Tel Aviv University. Doug joined NATAN’s Advisory Board in 2022.
