Richard A. Edlin is Vice-Chair at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, where he chairs the New York Litigation Department and Regional Operations. An accomplished trial attorney, Edlin has handled dozens of trials and arbitrations nationwide. He currently manages major securities, intellectual property, and antitrust matters, alongside corporate and private equity transactions. Listed in Chambers & Partners and Best Lawyers in America, Edlin serves on the Board of Governors of Hackensack University Medical Center. He earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.A. from Tufts University. Edlin was also a charter member of the Carnegie Council’s Friends Committee.
