Our operations are funded on an ad-hoc basis, based on emergent situations and changing needs.
100% of your donation goes directly to field operations - overhead is approximately 4% of budget and is met by NATAN membership dues and Advisory Board donations

NATAN’s all-volunteer structure means that funds are used only for logistics and supplies, making the organization exceptionally cost-effective. Every mission is different, but costs range from $40,000 to $150,000. Funding is provided by the volunteers, by individual donors in Israel and the U.S. for specific projects and by ad-hoc limited institutional grants.
$2,500 is the cost of 1 volunteer MD (or Mental Health Worker) flying across the world for 10 days of work in a disaster zone.
$1,000 is the cost of drugs and medical disposables for 4 days of operation.
$500 is the cost of 2 days of training for 20 local staff and leaders.
$200 is the cost per day for car rental to reach survivors in isolated areas.
$100 is the cost of 1 fully stocked Emergency Medical Bag
